I've been to this nail salon twice now and both experiences have been really good. Very welcoming, every is super sweet, and they genuinely care about making sure you leave happy. I haven’t had any major issues at all, and any tiny thing I mentioned was fixed immediately with amazing customer service and no attitude whatsoever! It's hard finding nail salons that are both talented and professional, but they definitely earned a returning customer out of me!
I love this nail salon due to it's proximity to home, as well as the quality of my mani/pedis, as well as how efficient they are. Today however, after paying for my service via Venmo I asked to for a Loyalty card to be stamped and was told I had to use cash to utilize this. This seems ridiculous to me considering the funds (plus tip) come directly from my bank acct (not a credit card). I find it insulting that loyal customers who tip and don't complain cannot take advantage of a loyalty program because they are not paying in... read more
