I just recently got my second pedicure at Lux Nail Studio, and it will be my last at Lux. My nail technician wasn't friendly at all, and she didn't allow me to soak my feet at all before she started working on them. My "massage" was VERY short, and it consisted of her rubbing lotion into my legs and feet with no pressure at all. She applied an exfoliating scrub for about 5 seconds.
