First time they did a good job for the most part. Came back for a fill and nail repair.. HORRIBLE. Then my manicurist became combative at me for politely explaining the poor quality and terrible job he KNEW he was doing. So then he switched me to someone else who rushed my polish on, didn’t clean acrylic filings up or anything. Didn’t let the gel cure so it’s bumpy. Looks so bad. They suck. Never again. I’ve been a loyal customer for years, so I’m extremely disappointed with my experience today. I’m not sure if the business is cutting costs, but the cleanliness and sanitation standards seem to have gone downhill. During my pedicure, the tools used were not taken out of a sealed, sterilized package. The tool used to scrub my feet was stored in a plastic bag, similar to a grocery bag, that was just hanging there. Always come in and ask for prices before getting a service since they always like to charge what they want. Came in asked how much to just change nail color. Guy said 10$ when it was time to pay they charged me 23$ . Which I mean fine but why would you lie in the beginning and still wait for a tip.
I went for this first time ever today and had amazing service. Annie did my nails and did a great job she also didn’t use any stencils she free handed everything!!
Henry and John were so quick and professional definitely going back cause he did an amazing job with the nails 10/10
