I love when Cece does my nails but sometimes she not available and so I went with someone else today. I rarely leave negative reviews, but I was very disappointed with my experience today. I have had good experiences in the past but had an annoying one yesterday. I had called on Wednesday to make an appointment to get my dip removed. I asked specifically how much it would be to remove the dip and put on a clear coat. They said $15. I said GREAT and made the appointment. I went to my appointment yesterday and said again to the tech that I had an appointment to get my dip removed and a clear coat. I asked again - it is $15, right and she nodded. Went for a refill & pedicure for the first time and had a great experience. Staff is very pleasant. My nails turn out exactly how I wanted. This will definitely my go to going forward.
Came to this location today for the first time for a refill and was not happy with the outcome. Asked for coffin shape nails and my nails looked square. Also, my pinky nail looks a little lifted. I’ve been getting my nails done for years and never seen that. Although the staff was pleasant, not really happy with the result. However, I loved my pedicure.
