The Establishment is very clean and the staff is very kind and friendly

I went for a pedicure for the second time as my first experience was fine, nothing special but okay, and I was very disappointed. I wasn't really greeted or offered anything to drink, and I felt like my presence was actually annoying to the staff. The water temperature was tepid and the pedicure was rough and actually painful. I had upgraded to a 60 minute pedicure and yet I was in and out in under 45 minutes but was actually glad to get out of there. Unfortunate but lesson learned.
My favorite nail salon and I've been to a lot won't go anywhere else!!!
