Great service! Alex was our driver for an early AM transport to Ft. Lauderdale airport from Miami. He arrived early and was very helpful with our luggage. The car was a Cadillac Escalade and it was super clean inside and out. Highly recommend this company/service! Thank you!

Stranded at the airport when the driver showed up without the two toddler seats we had requested. This is literally the only reason we ordered this car service and they did not seem to care at all or offer another solution. We had to call the car ‘service’ but evidently got through to the same driver. On top of not providing a good service they seem to have zero backup.

Lux Miami Limo is an exceptional service, the driver was very helpful throughout the transfer, actually we had a problem with my wheelchair at the airport, so we got late but he patiently waited for us. He transferred our luggage in the limo. The whole transfer from the airport to our hotel was very smooth and comfortable. The driver did not left us until I was safely reached to the bed and our luggage was safely transferred to the room. Thanks!

I found Lux Miami Limo a very professional and affordable service. The driver was very expert and well dressed. He picked us from the airport and dropped at hotel. We completed the whole transfer with comfort and ease. Thanks for the best service i will surely try again when traveling in Miami.
