Wonderful client to hairstylist, customer communication with Bonni. She listens to my requests & asks me questions to clarify everything! I leave Lux Loft every time, knowing I look great & was cared for by a pro!
These ladies are amazing! I personally see Sam and she is always in touch with me in a very timely manner when I reach out to make an appt. She fits me in and always willing to do something different and counsels me on what will look best on me. Even my girls love going!
