I had to come here 2 weeks in a row for an infusion and I can see why they have 5 stars. The hospitality and professionalism of the staff is PHENOMENAL. I was a little nervous coming in but the genuine interactions really eased all those nerves. I highly recommend this infusion center. They have snacks, drinks, warm blankets, vibrating, heated, recliner chairs, relaxing music and an environment that is beyond any clinic that I have been to. It is TRULY a luxurious experience. Great job ladies!!!!
I have been using Lux Infusion in Palmer, Alaska for several months. I am impressed by the care I receive here. I get infusions 2 days in a row every 4 weeks. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Two thumbs up. Greg Forschen
Truly the nicest infusion center I've been to! Warm blankets, snacks, heated massage chairs - this place is amazing. The staff goes above and beyond to help with everything from wrangling tricky insurance companies to keeping you comfortable during your infusion. Highly recommend!
I loved my experience at Lux Infusion. The staff is friendly, warm, and accommodating. Getting multiple iron infusions wasn’t the most enjoyable way to spend my time but at Lux, I was always comfortable and well taken care of. It felt more like a spa than a medical center.
