I work with LUX a lot. Very helpful, prompt in responding, the rental items are great quality , staff is very helpful and accommodating of requests. Highly recommend for event rentals.
Affordable risers for rental.
I'm very shocked to see the reviews that are so good for this company only to call them, receive a quote and no one respond to my email or answer their phone for the last 4 days. I'm trying to pay for my reservation and they literally won't even answer the phone or reply to my email. Not sure how good this customer service or company actually is. Very disappointing
Very good service and quality goods. Mariano was very helpful and kind. The delivery guys were nice and professional too. I would recommend them to anyone.
