We built our home two years ago and couldn't be happier. We also recommended others and their experience has been identical. Don't kid yourself, having your home built from scratch is a scary proposition regardless of who does it for you. Planning ahead to build another one and we would not consider anyone else.
Buyer beware!! Brand new house we thought would be easier—NOT—basically we have a fixer upper—the problems we have are endless! It’s crazy that after a year anything that can go wrong has! We were told by 2 different septic companies that what was used was meant to only last a year?? The outlets on the exterior of the House are not exterior outlets! Roof leaks!! I was referred to Lux enterprises by a friend that had her house built by Dio and his crew. He did a complete remodel on my current home from new roof, Asphalt driveway and interior renovations. He always answer when i call or send him a text. I highly recommend them to anyone in Swfl looking for a honest builder.
I totally agree with all the comments regarding issues with new built homes. There 2 huge holes in our back yard, which were promised to be filled, they lied. Now we are going to have to pay for at least 30 loads to fill the holes???? Horrible work with the electric wiring of the home. Breaker is ALWAYS tripping. So bad that a brand new microwave has had to be replaced?? Horrible cable and phone wiring.
