Sold me a truck and neglected to disclose any of the major issues. Begged them to buy it back. They refused. They charged me blue book value for a truck full of issues. Doesn't even have a usable bed. They are scam artist. I've never seen a 90k mile truck in such rough shape. See video. I made a $33200 online mistake because I trusted salesman Alex!! I purchased 2015 Lexus LS with around 60000 miles on it and Alex told me the car was in perfect condition and never mentioned that car was in accident and poorly repaired and it’s obviously visible from the space !!! Took it to the professional auto body shop to see what actually happened and they told me that car have so much damage and the best way is to return the car because they will charge me $12000 to repair the car properly!! While driving Jaguar back to Wisconsin, radiator hose broke. Next day took vehicle to Jaguar Dealership they said I needed new brakes for $895. Place is a rip off.
This dealership sold me a car with major safety issues. Subframe bolts were missing, zip ties and jb weld were used as replacements. The transmission failed after 130 miles. This car is a 2007 BMW M6 that I paid $25000 for. The trans issue will cost $6000 for repair. The Manager Adrian said he would have it repaired and even spoke to my local BMW dealer. Adrian is a scammer and a liar. Now he avoids my calls and will not call me back.
BUYERS BEWARE! The people at Lux Cars Chicago do NOT deal in good faith. Their ads are misleading and their vehicle descriptions are deceptive. They pass you off and around their staff, without providing honest answers to questions. They insist on talking with you over the phone rather than responding to questions or concerns via email, so there is little or no evidence trail of their complicity.
