Payed a lot of money to have the wife's car fully detailed inside and out. Dropped the car off at 8:30. They called at 11:30 saying that her car was ready. Went to pick it up and there were bugs stuck to the side mirrors and grill. Interior was still dirty. Looks like it was rushed even though they had the vehicle for 3 hours. We had them reduce it and after a second cleaning it was still not completely clean inside. And windows were spotty.
Wow thank you all so much for the car love & wash! I just left and two.of your staff, im not sure the names. One was the cashier , an African American man , was so kind, helpful, and helped me pick the best wash for my car needs in the full service menu. And the woman that returned my car back to me did an amazing job. She even got most of the melted crayon mess out of my dash area. Thank you so much, I'll be back!
Great service from great people. We get our business and personal vehicles cleaned here if there are any issues they take care of it with a smile. Love this place.

I love Lux car wash! Being a mother of four children under the age of 7, it's hard to keep my car clean. Every time I leave Lux if feel like I'm leaving with a brand new car. The service is amazing, I wouldn't take my car any where else! Faithful customer for years!
Had always gone to Shiners (former name) prior to their machinery ripping the outside mirror off my husband's SUV. Long story, but when they refused to stand by their promise to reimburse our repair we swore "never again"! Well here I am. Second time here at Lux Car Wash. I'm really impressed. Their friendliness, professionalism & attention to detail is demonstrating to me their intent to overcome the previous car wash bad rep.
I was not impressed and upset because the previous company Shiners (never really remembered the real name) was soooo much better. I got an interio detail $118. And my windows were still dirty. They did not open n close the window to clean it and my sunroof glass still had spots in it. For $118 my car should have been IMMACULATE. And the dash n steering wheel did not look armaroled at all.
