Management seems to be great but seems like it's a roll of dice if you're going to get a good car wash and detail depending on who does your car. I had minimal time to get stuff done today and no time to argue or ask for redo. spent $50 on full wash and inside detail and vacuum. dirt all over seats still, no protective cover on console or doors. doesnt even look like it was touched at all now I have to do it later. didnt do the trunk either. didnt know I had to ask. dirt between the seats. my car was certainly dirty but that... read more
I want to extend my apologies to Mr Santana and Lux Car Wash team for being one of those customers today. His team makes the customer feel like THE NUMBER 1 PRIORITY! They take great pride in the hard work and time they put on the vehicles coming through. No matter how busy they are they still step it up. Went in for the first time yesterday after reading the great reviews. Left disappointed the outside of the car was still dirty and the top of the dashboard didn’t even look like it was touched after paying for a full detail.
First time yesterday afternoon! Good job cleaning & I can finally see out of my windshield again. The ladies there were awesome & friendly! I'll be back. I need to try those massage chairs too 😃

This place sucks!!! There was no attendant to guide me into the wash. Once i was done i paid for full service and no one was there to vacuum my car. I had to go vacuum my car myself after paying for full service. RIP OFF!!!!
Spent $20 for a car wash with tire shine and Rain-X. Didn’t get tire shine and rims look like crap, went back and nobody’s in the office. Went out back and a girl told me to drive back to their station, I tell them wheels look like crap, response: well it’s not gonna wipe your rims. I took my car here this past Friday to be detailed. The carpets needed cleaning and the dashboard needed a heavy degreaser. They did such an awesome job on my car that l didn't even recognize her when l walked outside! The prices are reasonable and l didn't have a long wait. This will be the only place l bring my car to detailed from now on!
