They don’t respond to emails and phone calls if things go wrong. They also don’t honor the warranty. Less than a year old, the weight that holds down the blind came off. After a few emails, they still have not responded. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AS THEY USE CHEAP PRODUCTS. $515 down the drain. “LUXURY BLINDS”, typical Miami false advertisement.
I made an appointment for an estimate for Saturday, 2/27/21, at 2 pm. I spoke with Yami and she confirmed the appointment. No one showed up or called to let me know what happened. I believe in giving people another opportunity (maybe there was an emergency) so I called and left a message and also sent a message via their website. To date, no one has bothered to return my call. If this is the way they provide so called customer service, I can only imagine dealing with them if I decided to buy shades from them. BUYER BEWARE!
I had sun shades and blackout installed in my Brickell condo It was a delight to work with Yami... she came personally to the condo to take measurements and show me her swatches,then she oversaw the installation and everything turned out perfect.Thank you!! I highly recommend Lux Blinds!!
I found Lux Blinds online among other 4-5 Companies. I scheduled consultations with 3 of them including Lux Blinds, the other 2 never pick up the phone. 1 company never showed up. The other company was very competitive with Lux Blinds on price and quality. But we felt really comfortable working with Yami and her team. She had an amazing vibe. Our sheers and blackout drapery look beyond amazing. Thanks to the installers they did a neat and professional job. Very Professional Team.
