Solid option in the area. Service was good, could be a touch faster. Will try again soon.
They don’t respond to emails and phone calls if things go wrong. They also don’t honor the warranty. Less than a year old, the weight that holds down the blind came off. After a few emails, they still have not responded. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AS THEY USE CHEAP PRODUCTS. $515 down the drain. “LUXURY BLINDS”, typical Miami false advertisement.
I made an appointment for an estimate for Saturday, 2/27/21, at 2 pm. I spoke with Yami and she confirmed the appointment. No one showed up or called to let me know what happened. I believe in giving people another opportunity (maybe there was an emergency) so I called and left a message and also sent a message via their website. To date, no one has bothered to return my call. If this is the way they provide so called customer service, I can only imagine dealing with them if I decided to buy shades from them. BUYER BEWARE!
