Today I made a new unexpected purchase. Ive been shopping around casually because I knew eventually the vehicle I was driving needed a little TLC (come to find out, a lot of TLC). Just an AWFUL experience at this car dealership. I purchased an Audi A6 here. I put down a $500 deposit to reserve the car. After the purchase was completed, they never refunded my deposit! They started ignoring my calls and emails. They never called me back when they said they would. I called over a dozen times and STILL haven't got my refund! Also, BUYER BEWARE!
