My daughter had to live there last year due to a shortage of on campus housing. Not all bad. Her two bedroom apartment had the basic and functional furnishings, was spacious and within walking distance to north campus. The free shuttle was nice. Quite expensive though. $1,500+ a month each occupant plus a non refundable $350 admin fee, each! A promotion thankfully saved us $200/month.
