I lived here from 2023–2025 and had a very positive experience overall. The staff are consistently friendly and truly go the extra mile for residents. Dwayne and Abby were especially wonderful — they made me feel valued and taken care of during my time here. Maintenance was also very responsive whenever I submitted a request, which I really appreciated. I’m not giving five stars because I do feel the apartments are somewhat overpriced for what you get. I’ve enjoyed my time and community at lark
Lark Apartments is negligent about noise ordinances from their basketball court, and the situation is only getting worse for residents and neighbors. There are no security guards on duty who are accessible to residents at night.
I spent 2 years at Lark. It is by no means the worst place to live. However, given its price and claim of being a high-end apartment, I would highly recommend living anywhere else. Before you choose to live there, I beg you to listen to my personal account of my stay there. I would say the repeated greed of the complex owners would dissuade me from ever living at an apartment owned by the Scion Group LLC.
