Lark is an amazing apartment complex. I lived here during college, and I loved it! The staff was always super helpful.
The accommodation was unexpectedly good. It was very clean when I moved in. The property management staff were super nice and patient, especially the miss at the front desk.

My time at Lark was not awful by any means in terms of staffing and the environment itself is decent for being a college apartment; however, I had some issues with move out. I was working my full time job around move out (which was on a week day at 12) and wasn’t able to get help from family given awkward timing of date. Due to these circumstances, I wasn’t able to get as thoroughly cleaned as I wished to which questionable cleaning charges were made and paid without much complaint.
