My son stayed here for 2 years. Had an issue with the last rent check. They sent contradictory information. Your customer service is poor - these are mostly college students and for many the 1st time renting. Between your renewal procedures, lack of staff following up and returning calls (which happened to their Dad and my son on more than one occasion)and overly harsh policies if something happens with rent- you need to re- examine how you treat your customers. WATCH OUT. They do NOT pro-rate either the rent OR the parking agreement. They will charge you for a full month, even if you sign the agreement on the last day of a given month.
I lived here from 2023–2025 and had a very positive experience overall. The staff are consistently friendly and truly go the extra mile for residents. Dwayne and Abby were especially wonderful — they made me feel valued and taken care of during my time here. Maintenance was also very responsive whenever I submitted a request, which I really appreciated. I’m not giving five stars because I do feel the apartments are somewhat overpriced for what you get.
