Nice apartments and the tour experience itself was good, but be aware that the lease terms shown online may not reflect what’s actually available. I scheduled a tour specifically because the website listed a 6-month lease option. However, when I arrived, I was told they are currently only offering 15–18 month leases. Even after my visit, the website still showed 6-month availability with no indication of the longer-term requirement. miserable place to live. Colin the leasing agent is very good at what he does informative about the building and genuine. Kaylee lacks emotional intelligence. the construction is annoying and very loud.
We’ve stayed here for almost half a year now, and it’s been an amazing ease in to a new state. Joe, Selvin, and the rest of the team has been nothing short of professional, friendly, and efficient. Our entire move in was pleasant, and any maintenance / asks were always very promptly acted on. There are upgrades / regular maintenance ongoing which is great! we’re glad we didn’t sign the lease. We were interested in one of the apartments and had a pleasant room tour. So we asked for a special offer. They said they needed to confirm. After the tour, they texted us and said if we decided to move in within 24h, we can get an offer with 1month and 3 months of parking. We texted them back within a few hours said we’re agreed with the deal and asked what’s the next steps to move forward. But we got replied two days later said the offer was ended.
