The apartment itself was fine, but there are no amenities despite high amenity fees. After moving out, I was charged unexpected cleaning fees with no prior notice. I had asked multiple times about the move-out process but was never told to schedule a walkthrough—now I’m being blamed for it. Since moving out, the tone has completely changed. I’ve received rude, early morning calls, been threatened with collections, and cut off mid-sentence by staff. Very disappointing experience. Be cautious and read the fine print.
We lived in Lux for almost 2 years and we loved living in such a safe area, yet so close to Downtown. The gym and coffee machine were big perks. And Lux was generally nicer and more spacious than most of my friends’ places in the area. What made it so great was the people as well. Selvin from maintenance proactively addressed any concerns with the unit. And Joe was always happy to answer any questions in the leasing office 😄. Thank you guys for being so kind and eager to help.
The location is amazing. So close to the beach parks, tennis courts, amazing restaurants, and even the commute to Seattle is easy. I loved living right there in Bellevue. Selvin, in maintenance, is incredible and takes care of any problems that arise. Such nice people in the leasing office. Couldn’t ask for a better apartment! I’m gonna miss it. New garage door is quick too, so that’s a plus for any newer tenants.
I lived here for 1.5 years and always paid my rent on time due to having auto pay set up. If it wasn’t for the lack of communication and haste in removing one late fee due to autopay issues I would give a higher rating. One of their reps had told me she would remove the fee although had left it on and since left the company. Since we had spoke in person and did not have email correspondence they are not honoring to remove one $75 charge. I was charged in error and they failed to go by their word. (review of tour as I did not end up living here) Collin was very helpful during my tour and patient even through my various mishaps (such as forgetting my id). The units themselves have nice layouts, AC, windows in the bedroom and the living rooms. Parking garage spots are big. I have toured ~20-30 apartments in downtown Bellevue and I have to say Lux is at the top in terms of the price performance to quality ratio for the units themselves-- it's very rare to find AC, good layouts, non-urban bedrooms, and good square footage... read more
