lived here for one year. One of the best experiences I have ever had. The location is super convenient and the apartment is nice too. Colin is also very helpful throughout the process .
UPDATE: Following my original review, management reached out to discuss our concerns and clarify the misunderstanding regarding the lease terms and rental special. They were professional throughout the conversation, apologized for the confusion, and worked with us to find a solution. The outcome ultimately was satisfactory. The apartments themselves are decent, but communication with management has been frustrating and inconsistent. We came in looking for two apartments, one immediately available and one becoming available soon. About a week ago, we were told there would be a 6-week rental special on both units, so we applied for both with 15-month lease terms.
