Very fast, efficient and reliable. They were at our house at 7:00am and by 3:30pm, they were leaving and we had a brand new roof. They worked steady, except for their well deserved lunch break. They removed the old shingles, did a lot of repair work and then installed the metal roof. They cleaned everything up and left the yard looking like it did when they arrived. We are very well pleased with it and would highly recommend them to anyone!!
Luviano Roofing just finished putting new metal roofs on two homes that I own, 2600 sq ft CBS and a 1350 sq ft modular. In a word, great work. They did both houses in two days (total), by showing up with a crew of at least 10 employees and working from very early until late. The price was fair. The quality appears to be excellent.
