I've been coming here for so many years, my friends used to come here because of me but they disliked the retention and experience. I too am done with this location. The cuticles are not cut they use a nail drill to get it off and break off/dry out your cuticles. I didn't know this was not normal until my new salon that does my pedicures in Long Beach told me. I came in on Wednesday to have my nails done, and by Friday I was already experiencing issues—two nails had chipped polish, and one nail’s polish was peeling. Given that it had only been two days, I returned on Friday to have the issue corrected. Unfortunately, the only solution offered was for me to wait an additional hour for the same technician to redo the nails.
