UPDATE on my below review- 2/3/26 I was notified of your response and that is not the case. When I asked for a gel mani, then I was offered a different type that lasted longer. I said no, I change my color often so it’s ok. The stylist still went ahead and put the different gel and when I noticed on 3rd nail I asked and the owner came over and asked stylist to remove. It was uncomfortable and rude enough that I felt the need to post. I was asked to add a longer-lasting gel and said no, as I change my color often. Despite this, the technician still applied the gel to one hand. When I noticed and asked for it to be removed, the remainder of the service was met with attitude, as if it were my fault. This added unnecessary time, and I had to ask for cleanup around my nails due to polish left on the skin. I have never not tipped. Ben did my nails and he was absolutely amazing! He’s incredibly talented with special designs and pays great attention to detail. I showed him a photo and he recreated it even better than I expected. I’m obsessed with how perfect my nails turned out. I’ll definitely be coming back!
