Terrible customer service. My membership was transferred from Speedy Car Wash to LUV Car Wash, and my monthly fee increased to $39.99. Since the transition, I have been unable to access my account. I emailed customer service and called twice, but I have not received any response for over a week. No email, no phone call, and no follow-up. Charging customers while failing to provide basic account support is unacceptable. I simply want access to my account and a response from customer service.

I had an excellent experience at LUV Car Wash. The customer service was outstanding, especially when my payment method had expired and needed to be updated. Maliek was incredibly helpful, patient, and made the whole process easy and stress-free. The car wash itself is very spacious and well laid out, with plenty of vacuums available and lots of self-service tools to use. Everything felt convenient and well maintained. Overall, the service was really great, and the staff, made a big difference. Highly recommend!
