Damaged car and they have ignored my claim for 2 months
Love coming to this carwash. Jerry is the person who usually helps me. He is so friendly and nice. The machines and area's are very clean. Vacuums work well. I will keep coming.
This is the second time to get the worst service in LUV car wash on Beverly and Virgil for one guy the name is Maelik someone said is manager assistant. This guy is so rude with th customer not only with me even with employees. When someone ask him for something he ignored them. I was try to update my information and I have been waiting for him for more than 20 minutes and never resolved my issue
Malik is a great manager. Jennifer gave great customer service! Gave me a free wash!
