Contacted customer support twice now with questions and issues and NO RESPONSE. It has been nearly two weeks since the first inquiry. Since they don't seem to want to respond, maybe a bad review will get their attention. That seems to be the only way things get resolved these days. I'll take this review down when I get a response from customer service.
