I drove into Vegas this morning to visit my daughter for the week, and when I asked her for a car wash recommendation, she suggested this place. We went this afternoon, and I have to say, I was very impressed! Everyone was friendly, and I had the pleasure of speaking with Clem and Ti’John, both were extremely helpful, along with the manager, Kenny. This will definitely be my go-to car wash every time I visit my daughter. Thank you!
Right off the bat. Kianna was extremely friendly and helpful. I got my car washed, then after realized it wasn’t very clean so I brought it back right away to Kianna and asked if I could run it through again. Kianna was extremely kind and seemed genuinely happy to help me get my car washed the right way. Kianna is a great example of excellent customer service. Everyone working that day (10/27 around 4:30pm) was extremely kind and friendly.
This is a warning to anyone doing a subscription model if you cancel they will continue to charge your account. It took me three months to catch this mistake and there’s no one to talk to to fix this issue. Their vacuums are always broken. There’s never any towels and the air compressors are filled with water and oil. They never work. This place is a dump in my opinion.
