Hook and Crook. I signed up for the cheapest plan. I was told the plan would start out at the highest level for $9.99 for 2 months and then I would get the cheapest plan at $20 per month. I only used the car wash 2 times in the last 2 months and found that you have been charging me for the premium car wash!! I spoke with Ellie who refused to give me the rebate. Suddenly charged for a subscription I never asked for months after canceling my first and only subscription knowing the monthly fees would increase after that month. I came into this branch of LUV car wash on Russell and Jones regarding an incident with my wife’s vehicle were in the spoiler was removed after she exited the car wash. I was speaking to the assistant manager, Antoine, who was very accommodating and cordial regarding the matter. I wish I could give 0 stars. My car was damaged at the S. Rainbow location. I immediately notified the manager, took photos and made a report. I was given the number of a district manager. I called, three times now and left messages and have not gotten a call back regarding the damage. There’s nobody to get a hold of. Absolutely HORRIBLE customer care.
In my review of LUV car wash, I must express dissatisfaction as they refused to provide evidence disproving damage to my vehicle, despite my conviction that it occurred during their service. This lack of transparency raises concerns about their customer service and accountability.
