Hook and Crook. I signed up for the cheapest plan. I was told the plan would start out at the highest level for $9.99 for 2 months and then I would get the cheapest plan at $20 per month. I only used the car wash 2 times in the last 2 months and found that you have been charging me for the premium car wash!! I spoke with Ellie who refused to give me the rebate. I only left a "1" star review because they don't have a " ZERO ". This company scams alot of people by covertly signing you up for a " Premium" membership that was never asked for, nor approved of. Trying to get a refund from them is impossible ! VERY Shady / Deceptive business practices , and will be filing a complaint with the ***************************************. These people need to be shut down and run out of the business !
This place is trash. Stay clear of these criminals. Horrible service.
Suddenly charged for a subscription I never asked for months after canceling my first and only subscription knowing the monthly fees would increase after that month. I came into this branch of LUV car wash on Russell and Jones regarding an incident with my wife’s vehicle were in the spoiler was removed after she exited the car wash. I was speaking to the assistant manager, Antoine, who was very accommodating and cordial regarding the matter. I wish I could give 0 stars. My car was damaged at the S. Rainbow location. I immediately notified the manager, took photos and made a report. I was given the number of a district manager. I called, three times now and left messages and have not gotten a call back regarding the damage. There’s nobody to get a hold of. Absolutely HORRIBLE customer care.
In my review of LUV car wash, I must express dissatisfaction as they refused to provide evidence disproving damage to my vehicle, despite my conviction that it occurred during their service. This lack of transparency raises concerns about their customer service and accountability.
I have been trying to cancel this service. When I initially sign up I was told that once the promo was over my card would not be charged. My card was run so many time it actually locked my back account. I went online to cancel and was unable. So I removed my card info but my account was still debited for not only a May but June which was triple the amount. I have not use the car wash once the promo period was over. I have tried calling and the automated system is useless. . I have left a msg on the website and so far no one ... read more
