I was impressed by Dusty's professionalism and integrity today. I was donating a Persian rug and he honoured what turned out to be an expired offer on his website - this kind of customer service is so rare and refreshing today. I'm happy to support this local business.

We have two area rugs, a Persian & an Indian. Having them cleaned by Luv-a-Rug made us feel like our carpets are brand new again. It gave us fresh enjoyment. Dusty's service was prompt, very pleasant and he taught us many things about our rugs. Altogether a very pleasant experience.
I needed rugs on a short notice because I was moving into a new place because of an emergency. The rugs were super clean. The owner, Dusty, delivered them personally and quickly. He gave me an impression of someone who goes above and beyond of that is expected. He even brought a doughnut for my son. I asked Dusty about the different rug types he had and he clearly is an expert in how rugs are made and cared for. Next time I need my rug cleaned I'll definitely go back to him.
