Great experience with Dusty at Luv-A-Rug. Easy communication, quick booking, and he came to pick up all our rugs. When he returned, rugs looked super clean, smelled great and he placed them all back in each room. Wonderful service and rugs were like brand new. He even fixed a rug free of charge.
Luvarug deserves a heartfelt shout out. Dusty stepped in immediately during a community support project involving a family in need and helped us coordinate getting the carpets cleaned without hesitation. He also offered us a free rental if we weren’t able to figure out a solution, making sure we had support no matter what. Great experience with cleaning my not so dirty rug. Would recommend Dusty in the boys.
I had a terrible experience and I regret trusting Dusty with my handbags. His website clearly states that his company experience with the specific designer bags, but he destroyed my bag and took no accountability, other than refunding me the cleaning fee, because of the document I signed. I understand how a contract works, but this is clear negligence. The bag was supposed to be ready I a couple of weeks, but I only found out it was ready over a month later.
