Still waiting on my rug they picked up on July 25th. They don't annswer the phone.
I was impressed by Dusty's professionalism and integrity today. I was donating a Persian rug and he honoured what turned out to be an expired offer on his website - this kind of customer service is so rare and refreshing today. I'm happy to support this local business.
