Cancelled my husband's surgery appt 3 times and this time less than 48 hours before the procedure, minutes before closing. Office never answers or returns phone calls. Steer clear!
Extremely bad service! The office staff and manger were rude and not capable of checking me in for my appointment. They make me waste my time for more than one hour and did not provided a reasonable explanation. I'll not come back to this place.
Dr. Lutz performed my vasectomy, and I couldn't have been more pleased about the whole experience. There was virtually no pain at all (even afterwards), he was personable and professional, and I HIGHLY recommend him for anybody interested in getting 'snipped' (or anybody looking for a Urologist in general). I'd give him 6 stars if I could.
Dr.Lutz saw me immediately at my appointment time. He reviewed my PSA blood labs, updated my medical records and performed an examination. He was very willing to take time to answer my questions.
The all-time best doctor I have ever been treated by in 70+ years! He explains in lay terms and not medicaleze. He is unique and that he doesn’t have an inflated ego, is empathetic, and genuinely cares about his patients. Wait time is minimal and the staff is friendly and happy. I have referred several friends to him and they have the same comments. I hope he doesn’t retire very soon as I truly feel that he is irreplaceable!
Courteous staff and short wait time. He explained all the steps of my procedure as clearly as possible. Everything went exactly the way he explained and even less painfully than expected.
Dr. Lutz has been treating me for 17 years. I have recommended him to many of my family, friends, and associates. He is very knowledgeable and speaks to his patient as an equal with a laymans vocabulary. He spends more than enough time with his patients that would be normally expected. You don’t feel that you have been rushed through a consultation. I cannot think of any member of the medical community who I respect and admire you more!
I went in for recurring UTIs, saw Dr. Lutz. I gave a urine sample, he prescribed a medication (antibiotic) and an ultrasound of the bladder/kidneys. Took weeks to get ultrasound results back. I had a reaction to the medication, he prescribed another. I was on that for a month, only to find out after switching docs that the meds were doing nothing for me. They only work for a certain urine PH which I was above and he would have known if he had looked at my urine test!
I have nothing but great things to say about Dr. Lutz and his staff. I highly recommend him!
