We recently reached out to Lutz Plumbing to help us buy a new bidet. George the owner, and Lisanne the designer helped us select a bidet that met our needs, but not over buy. We chose the Toto Neorest LS. What we liked most about working with Lutz Plumbing was the convenience and coordination of 1-stop shopping. I had a superb experience with Lutz Bath and Kitchen. They were very professional, helpful and patient. I particularly enjoyed working with Lisanne. You just don’t get service like this with the big impersonal retail stores.

This is my favorite bath and kitchen supply in San Francisco! They have amazing options to ponder and they work closely with you to make sure you get exactly what you want and need. Note: you do need an appointment but sometimes they can make last minute accommodations.
