Be very careful with this shop. I was charged $400 for an Amazon alternator and $370 for a tensioner—parts that should cost much less and came with no warranty. Three days later, on the start of a road trip, the alternator snapped. When I called Luty, instead of showing concern, he laughed it off and told me to bring it back in three weeks because he was “too busy.” This place does not care about customers. If you value your car, DO NOT bring it here. They are not professional at all. Told me the repair would be done the next day, but it dragged on for over a week. When I finally got my car back, I noticed they had driven it around almost 100 miles. Absolutely unacceptable. They overcharge for cheap parts, give you no warranty, and treat customers with zero respect. “Lo barato sale caro” could not be more true with this place. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere reputable.
