My saviors!! Our heating element went out and we had no idea who to call and Lutons were able to come within the hour!!! Nobody else was wanting to come help! Thank the heavens for Luton's!!!

The company tries to put on a persona of being a family-oriented business that prioritizes helping its customers, when in reality they are a business that looks to squeeze out every dollar they can from those they supposedly want to help.
