If I could put zero stars I would. I was assured by Tamika that I was renting to a responsible single mom who happened to have fallen on hard times. As a single mother myself I felt for the tenant. I am now stuck with a woman who is verbally abusive to her son, screaming at all hours of the night, smokes in my unit, destroys my property, is a drug addict and refuses to pay her rent. She is going to cost me thousands to get her evicted. Do not trust what the people at this organization say. They are liars who will say anythin... read more

ABSOLUTELY USELESS ! I have no idea why this place even exists, other then to provide a job to people who want to ruin your day. The staff is heartless, dismissive and argumentative. They are ill informed and have zero emotions. If you’re looking for 1 more place to slam a door in your face or make excuses to get you off the phone, then you’ve found it.
Lutherwood is absolutely useless. They will help a druggie but won't help a family with children who is about to be put on the streets. Pathetic
Where are their fundings coming from? From taxpayers pocket?
