Service is horrible! I could've had a better experience at whataburger for alot cheaper.
Went into luther's today for dinner and our server Jesse was very nice and friendly. Great service. He decided to take care of us since another server took forever to come help us.
This place is a joke anyone know how to get ahold of the owen not a manger cuz they are rude ass people
I was completely disappointed with how I was treated today because I guess it's not family friendly during the game. We never Received Service at any point .We left after an hour waiting. My partner got us a drink from the bar including a Sprite for my little girl because that's all they had. My wife and I love this place it was the first time we got ignored here and hurt at the same time felt disseminated for having a kid.
This is the worst place to eat our waiter was very rude and smartass and we talk to the manager about our waiter and he was the same way ... NEVER EAT HERE
Food is greet but the staff is slow..and incompetent.. no one should be told "I'm super busy and need to come back to take your drink order" twice... wait 35 minutes for a drink and an hour and a half for a quesadilla and a bowl of chili.. it wasn't even busy.. the night before we went after a concert and although the service wasn't as bad.. we still spent 2 hours there.. 2 drinks each and 2 apps.. #notimpressed #notgoingback
The margaritas are still the best I've had, but nachos lacked a lil in flavor. One guy who was seating was kinda rude but the waiter was super fast and friendly. Great environment an love the new location.
Service is horrible.... And this is not the first time.
I went Luthers last week and usually it's an ok experience but this visit was the best.. Our server Jesse was amazing.. He was busy but was still able to maintain his tables and was not in the weeds. I was cold and he closed the doors and made sure I was very comfortable... He was very personable and was attentive to our needs..: when coming from here on out I'll be sitting in Jesses section. From a fellow server to another kudos Jesse..
