I have been harassed by DCFS multiple times and right after Christmas Lutheran social services of Illinois was contacted by my highschool Winnebago and they did another investigation on my family all cases have been unfound and short story notice. At first the case worker was great. Then all of a sudden she didn't want to be contacted on the weekends. She started getting snotty with me on the phone! To me she ended up being a 1 sided case worker. She believed the child's mother, which was terrible to me cause the mother is a horrible person as well. I dont have any confidence in the case worker my granddaughter had. I wouldn't recommend LSS to anyone.

Pamela Miley and her Supervisor Chris Hawes at Lutheran Social Service of Illinois were biased in their practice. I have to be honest in my review. They were beyond political and unethical. I spent time and paid a lot of money to go through their process and was then written a poor excuse for denial. Letter attached.
