I had an appointment with Dr. Kulkarni that took me over a month to get into. Unfortunately the week before I had a very large kidney stone that I had to have surgery for. On the Monday of my appointment I called to let them know I would not be in. I was having bleeding and pain from the stent and I had taken Percocet per my urologist's orders and I had no one to drive me. They charged me a $20 late cancellation fee. I was at Lutheran Rhumatology. nice, clean office. felt like a number instead of a patient at check in. wait was 25 minutes beyond my appointment time. once i got in, waited 10 minutes for the dr., saw for about 10 minutes, waited 20 minutes after the appt for checkout. they need a bigger office and more organization
I love going here! My doctor gas taken care of ny for almost 7 years now. The wait time may be a little long but I feelthe care I reciece is excellent. They always make sure I'm on the fast tract to recovery
This review is for the Lima Road Lutheran Medical Group location. This afternoon, I decided to stop in to Dr. Dowling's office to see if I could get myself and my husband setup as patients. Both my husband and I are young and very healthy, we basically just need a doctor maybe once or twice a year. My family doctor and my respiratory doctor are both there. Close to home too.
Dr Ko is the best. He explains things so I can understand what is going on. Everyone is friendly. Love this place!!
Registration was quick, helpful and professional. Dr. Ko is amazing, thorough and genuinely cares! The lab staff were also great, very quick.
