Recommendedhave the best cardiologist there
If not for medical staff at Lutheran hospital I would not be posting this. They saved my life. Doctors, Nurses, and techs get two thumbs up.
Previously, I would have recommended them. But my last few months of interaction has been difficult at best. The hospital is short staffed - mom had to wait almost 10 minutes for a nurse to help her return from the bathroom to her bed. The doctor's are forced to over book to the point they can never be on time. And the billing system is a nightmare. Lots of improvements needed.
The billing is absolutely atrocious. Your bills arrive weeks past the due date, and then you spend an hour on hold before getting disconnected. A big hospital network doesn’t have to provide customer service because your options are limited who you can see.
The doctors are great - the billing system must be fixed! The online system isn't working, and I am holding, and holding on the phone waiting to get someone to answer. NOT acceptable.
the doctors just dont care.. I haven't received any comfort or anything just back and forth nothing done to help me.. GI stated I should go to Cincinnati for a second opinion because he cant help me so why are the peoples taxes going to you for I receive Medicaid and cant get help..I got better medical care in prison then I am here in the world..

Had to get routine blood work. Check in was fast. Waiting for Tech was fast. Tech was super pleasant, professional and kind.
