I was taken to Lutheran after my stroke last year. Top notch medical and rehab staff. I know it sounds odd, but it's also the cleanest facility I've ever seen. That matters! They also play a brief lullaby whenever a baby is born throughout the hospital. I know it doesn't sound like much but it was so positive to hear when you're trying to recover. Sort of like an affirmation of life.
The place itself is a bit old and smallish but the amazing staff more than makes up for it. Awesome bedside manners every single one of them.
Stay away !!! Horrible , unprofessional unsafe place...
We had such a great experience. No complaints. I was born there and now my daughter 26 years later.
As a newbie parent I strongly recommend this hospital. Staff are amazing, and many of them bilingual. A pre delivery tour is optional but can be helpful to navigate the layout of delivery and postpartum area. The food was decent. My thanks to Tameeka, Noreen, Debbie, Lisa, Jackie, Tatianna, Jessica, Marian, and many other who help us through the happiest yet hectic and often clueless 80 hours.
