I gave birth here and did not have a positive birth experience. The majority of the staff (nurses, midwives, etc) were extremely rude and seemed like they did not want to be there. There were a handful of exceptions to this regarding the staff. Many of the doctors and nurses also seemed to be new and inexperienced. The facility seems extremely old, out dated, run down and dirty. They were overcrowded and understaffed while I was there. Sitting in the er since 2 pm and now it is 2 am. Was not advised that no bed is available for my 92 year old mom until we had already been here for 6 hours. If the staff hd been properly trained they would have advised me of this and I could have taken her to a different hospital 6 hours ago. Terrible level of care. Also sat in lobby and heard admitting nurses discuss patients and their illnesses in public. Doesn’t this place follow Hippa regulations. I have been going there for many years .
Had a colonoscopy/endoscopy done January 30 2019 with a follow up appointment on March 7, they cancelled that appointment because of doctors meeting. I was rescheduled for April 8, they cancelled that appointment as well. They want me to call to reschedule another appointment. This is the 3rd time they do this to me. I will never go back. The billing department is super fast though.
Been here for 10 hours in the ER- no rooms available and they don’t know when they’ll have one. RIDICULOUS. My Grandpa is 86 years old. Are they expecting him to spend the entire day and night in the ER. FYI- he has stage 4 lung cancer... Shame on you
Absolutely wonderful staff. The maternity ward and NICU nurses are amazing ❤️ kept me informed on everything , made sure I was comfortable the whole time.
