This Hospital is remarkably clean. The bathrooms even smell clean. Nothing on the floor anywhere. From security to the Doctors, all staff members are happy, polite and eager to help. One in particular named Chris was on his second shift of the day, thanks to the snow. I was hooked up to four different monitors. Was there to have a minor surgical procedure and was very happy with the way I was treated. Nursing staff was excellent. Introduced themselves and kept me informed of what they were doing. Same with the doctors, both before and after, and surgical staff. Having another procedure done soon and except for the fact I don't want to be in a hospital I have no issues with returning to Lutheran.
I'm still here. The staff are friendly well the ones taking care of me are. Just can't wait to get discharged so i can see my children back home. This was not the vacation i asked for
My brothers girlfriends sister just brought a coffee their and it came with a surprise!! � droppings .. yeah!! Mouse shit . Whoever runs that place needs to respond asap. Rat shit !! Like wtf
NYU Lutheran Medical Center is a good hospital as far as i'm concern.... I've been going there for years the doctors are great.
