If you don't speak Spanish, many of the clinic locations handle you with a long stick. I have tried making dental appts three times and three times I was angered...never again!
Terrible. They had my newborn niece in a paper gown and had no mittens to protect her from scratching her face. The delivery room was hot and when asked if the air could be put on the expectant mother was told they'd need to get a tech in there to make it work. While walking to the maternity ward we even witnessed an employee curse out another employee. Other than a few kind nurses it was such a disappointment - definitely does NOT live up to the NYU brand of professionalism I'm used to seeing at NYU facilities
The service is excellent...This is my second visit here and i am really satisfied with the service of the hospital

Just got home from my first hospital stay. Thank you to the 4th floor staff. The Doctors were very informative, the Nurses were friendly and the helpful and the others on the staff were supportive. The hospital could use some cosmetic improvements but the care is what counts Thanks to all who helped 4324
It was actually a good experience wasnt that bad didnt wait that long about 20 minutes maybe we went on a good day normally you wait forever but im happy. The nurse we had was so beyond nice.
I was at the ER two times. The first time it was horrible the doctor discharge me although I was still in pain. the wait was very long and they practically ignored me. The second time which is only 2 Days Later I was diagnosed with a ruptured appendix. I want to say thank you to my super sweet and caring nurse name Donna at the post-op 4th floor 408 Lutheran NYU.
