This office is a disgrace to the healthcare field. Time after time they failed to do the simple things like call in a prescription or follow up after imaging had been done to speak with you about the results. They will do a heart scan and just mail you the results with zero follow up and expect you to interpret them. Same with hip imaging, zero follow up, not even a call. I felt “heard” and was not rushed through . Bed side manor is half the battle and I was very happy I took a chance and switched !
I woke up not feeling well today. At 7:20 I called the Lutheran Office. Not being a patient of theirs, I was not sure what to expect. They got me in at 7:45. Everyone from the receptionist, to the nurse, to the physician was friendly, helpful, and kind! Thank you!

The Staff was very friendly and great at explaining everything, even down to the insurance! Everything looks new and kept very clean! Looking forward to going back there throughout the future! I Highly recommend them!
