Needed a new tire while on a road trip. The service department was very friendly, helpful and worked around our schedule. Thank you, Ben for helping us and to Tom for driving us to get some food while we were waiting. This is our first visit to Minnesota, and we are grateful to have found a place with such Excellent Service!!

This is by far the best expieriences I've ever had at a car dealership. They listen and they do a fantastic job. The service writer Jon Kelz always does a great job.
We live 2 hours away, and there aren't enough words to say how thankful we are that "the one" was at Luther Mankato Honda. From the second my husband made the call about the vehicle we were interested in to us pulling out of their parking lot, we were treated wonderfully. My experience was awesome. The help I got from Zach and Michelle were great. They helped me with all the numbers I wanted, all the questions I had. They weren't pushy at all. Yesterday when we were there picking up my new CR-V there was a little bit of a line in front us but treated me like family. Made sure we had something to drink, and made sure we were doing ok. Today I worked with Larry Martin on trading in my old and buying a new car. He did a great job getting me everything I wanted and out on time. Thanks Larry and all the other guys that got it all done in one afternoon so I wouldn't have to make another trip from the cities.
