Went to look at buying a brand new truck and man, let me tell you — Matthew S. Kennedy was absolutely fantastic. Not in the everyday “this person did a good job trying to sell me a car” way. I mean he went out of his way to make sure I completely understood every single button, all of the hidden features, and even how he personally uses certain compartments. Super thorough. My wife and I bought at 2019 Yukon XL from Luther GMC. The experience was fantastic. Ron was great at showing us several different models and explaining the differences. There was absolutely no pressure to buy which was great as I hate high pressure sales environments. The manager, Tim, took a look at our trade in and honestly told me I would do much better selling in on Craig's List. He even wrote a bill of sale and told me what I should set the price at.
