I had a good experience initially with the people, and they even stayed open late just to help me drive away with the vehicle I wanted which was exceptional. The vehicle I bought ( 2017 Chevy LTZ) had only 62,000 on it when purchased. By the time I reached my first 10,000 miles on it about a month ago the transmission, torque converter, and other misc stuff had to be repaired or entirely replaced. 7k of repairs on top of the vehicle I had purchased 5 months previously was a gut punch. Awesome and quick service by Nick Jubie in service. I was in a pinch and he was quick to get me in. Very friendly and efficient. Couldn’t ask for more as a customer. Well done
Bought a new EV. Nick Bell was very good to work with. I didn't have transportation and this car was coming to the lot and was just what I wanted. Nick was prompt in contacting me and very respectful in allowing us an appointment around 3 hours out and he had the service team expedite the prep process during that time as it just came from the factory. Nick helped make that a totally stress free process and the car is now home in the northwoods!
Service department was quick to schedule repairs for my’21 Blazer. It was covered by the warranty.
