I recently purchased a used vehicle from this dealership, and during the sale, both the dealer and I noticed a chip in the windshield. They told me it would be repaired properly. Rachel Fogard provided excellent customer service from the very first phone call to following up with me to ensure I was happy with the purchase of my Chevrolet Trax. I called ahead of time to inquire about two vehicles and told her when I'd be there to look at them. When I arrived both vehicles were pulled up and ready for me to test drive. Drew was our sales person about a month ago, best sales experience we've ever had. Directly talked to a couple of their mechanics and they know their stuff! Very impressed with the front desk personal, their level of organization and fluidness of communication with their staff. Service desk has always been thorough and quick. Haven't had a bad experience since 2010 working on our cavaliers, silverados, sierras, Equinox and Acadia. Keep up the great work!
