I still get sick thinking of my appointment I had here years ago. This office gave me a filling on my front tooth with ZERO numbing which was like torture! They also dug a needle way too far into my jaw and caused my whole mouth to lock up. Overall, I feel like they tortured me in a chair and gave me 6 fillings I never actually needed. The front desk is passive aggressive and WILL respond to bad reviews with attitude. I feel genuinely traumatized and scared to go to the dentist now. I am beyond grateful for all the great work on my teeth that Dr. Heideman did . He and all his stuff were very professional and kind. They made me feel really comfortable. They went above and beyond what I needed and expected. I absolutely recommend anyone come and visit their office. 10/10
