Some of the nicest people work here
Used them in the past, very poor service and rude staff. Agents are very incompetent and do not rerurn calss or emails. Find an agency that will service your policy even after they get paid!
Was referred to by a friend that has used them for a long time for business. I called and left a message with secretary that I needed biz insurance for a startup asap but never got a return call back. Ended up going somewhere else. Now my buddy has issues getting good service from them. Requested a proof of insurance for new location a week ago and still haven't gotten it. Called again this morning requesting it and still nothing nor a return call. Terrible service, would not recommend.
