A big shout out to Lute Riley today. Tim Dick in the service department was great to work with this morning. He is full of knowledge and very professional and helpful. I highly recommend Lute Riley for all of your Honda service needs.

I went in recently for regular service and a recall. I experienced a small inconvenience and it was promptly addressed and taken care of as always. I appreciate the constant communication about my vehicle and how quickly they greeted me when I arrived. My vehicle was cleaned and left in great condition compared to others' experiences at different locations. Once again, I'm blown away by the level of service provided by Lute Rile Honda.

My experience getting a new "used" vehicle was a great one. Saw a great deal on the internet, carfax.com, then found this nice compact SUV 2014 Dodge Journey R/T. The dealership internet marketing manager, Morgan E, posted the listing before the vehicle had arrived to their dealership so we jumped at the opportunity. Then we met with Mr Chuck who helped ease the process being COVID safe. The final process was Mr Amin to close the deal. I'm extremely happy and blessed to have gotten the vehicle.
