this is the worst Honda dealer I ever bought. I bought AC censor temperature honda civic 2010. my mechanic said the new part is not working properly. my previous one is even better. when I called the dealer they don't accept the return if they gave me the broken one. it's ridiculous. just waste time, money and effort dealing with them. putting 1 star is too much. properly zero star is much better.

I had work done on my 2012 Honda Civic from April 2021-July 2021, due to delays in parts and dealing with the machine shop (that Phillip told me you guys would no longer be working with after this experience). A negative star if they had one. I have been going to lute Riley over 20 years, purchased 3 cars from them over all and had all serviced done there. The person that is over express now is hostile and the service manger states please call me on my cell if issues and then his messages are full and can't accept any additionally. The right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing and if your service advisor is out there is not a message regarding that or if he is on vacation and the administration over that area , just laug... read more

I had a car reserved and an appointment to buy. Made the appointment at 4pm for a 7pm. They sold the car out from under me in those 3 hours. no honor at this dealership. No worries was the last text from the sales staff.

The current market conditions have decreased the availability of high demand vehicles such as the Subaru that you were interested in and they do tend to sell as soon as they arrive on the lot. Bought a 2008 CR-V from Lute Riley. After doing the initial test drive we discussed with sales person that there was some issues with the power steering system. I discussed I would not purchase the car until the power steering system was fixed. They took the car in and said it was the power steering pump and a hose that need to be replaced. After having the car for approximately three months it turns out that it was the rack and pinion and the high-pressure hose that was bad. We're entering out third month of trying to get back money ($900) for add-ons we verbally declined (many times) at the time of purchase. The dealership claimed the charge was added in error, and sent paperwork for us to complete to remove the charges. The papers were returned immediately, but the dealership still has not removed the charge one month later. We're new to the area and didn't check their Better Business Bureau rating before buying a car. We certainly regret doing business with them.

Live this place!! Will always go to Lute Riley for all my car needs. Philip in the service department is excellent. My repairs were done quickly, correctly and most importantly the price was less than a Honda dealership near me. Even though it's not close to me, it's worth the drive!

Great staff, very friendly, I have bought from them 3 times already, and the service gets better and better.
