I went to Lusso yesterday with 3 little girls as a walk in and they couldn’t have been nicer
Mia did my gel manicure and I absolutely love it! From start to finish she was professional and detail-oriented. She really took her time shaping my nails and perfecting everything. The gel polish looks flawless. My nails have never looked this clean and shiny. You can tell she truly cares about her work. I highly recommend Mia if you want beautiful nails and a great experience!
Usually I go to Golden flower which is excellent but they didn’t have an appointment so booked 3 pm appointment for my elderly mother to have a gel manicure. We arrived on time and waited while over the next half hour several other women arrived and were seated at manicure chairs immediately. Eventually I had to complain and only then was she given a seat at 3:40 pm - totally acceptable - no apology and we still paid $45 for a gel manicure without removal. Never again!
