This attorney will take your money, forget about you until you go to court and tell you "just take the plea agreement " it is the best thing for you to do. He is awful, even other attornies know he is a joke.
He talks a good game but doesn't work much for his clients. Everything we were told by him was wrong and it wasn't til late after his sentencing (which was suppose to 6 months) that we found out just how wrong he was and it was obvious he didn't put much time into my brother's case. My brother has since been transported to TX,( we were told not to worry about Texas). My brother has never been released and is not expected to until maybe Nov. 2015, when he has his next hearing.
