The service I received was completely unprofessional. I was never informed that someone “in training” would be working on my hair, and I was never asked for my consent. The trainee was clearly unprepared — she kept pulling my hair and struggled throughout the entire appointment. I paid full price for what ended up being a practice session, which is unacceptable. Wonderful experience getting my hair coloured and cut by Mario, and getting extensions put in by Kelly! This was my first time at the salon and everyone was so kind, exceptionally skilled/talented, and did an outstanding job with my hair. Mario’s hair cutting skills blew me away, and Kelly’s ability to install the extensions so seamlessly wow’d me! Definitely recommend anyone to check this place out!
Kelly and team are the most talented hairstylists in the city. I always leave feeling better than when I came in!!
Had a great experience at Lushlocks! Mario is an expert colorist, an artist with hair. I couldn’t be happier with my results. And Kelly is wonderful, I tried hair collagen for the first time and was pleasantly surprised! All around great team at Lushlocks!!!
If you’ve been thinking about getting a keratin treatment done DO IT. I am beyond obsessed with the results this has made my life so much easier I literally feel the free time from not having to style my hair everyday. 10000/10 would recommend she’s the best
