1. The place is very clean, great sanitation procedures. 2. The bright white LED lights are just too much glare, made me feel tense. They need to switch out the lighting to WARM WHITE lighting. 3. considering what they charge for services, the quality, technique and effort in their manicure/pedicure procedure is poor, definitely lacking. 4. The water in the foot soaking tub was cold. 5. I could barely feel the foot and leg massage with my pedicure. 6. The ambiance is awful, non existent. The nail techs here are amazingly gentle and very friendly. Love this nail spa especially Sui, he's also very funny. This is my new relaxation spot!
I have never in my life left a review on a company so if I could give this place a zero I would. My nails are sooooo bulky and this is after I had to ask him nicely to fix it. My nails are so ugly and I have never had ugly nails in my life nor have I ever had a problem getting my nails done even though the man claimed I had “small nail beds” and since I wanted short nails he had to make them not cute.
I did not have a positive experience at this salon. Unfortunately, the older manager technician was rude, dismissive, and overly pushy when encouraging me to choose gel polish. When I politely declined, her attitude noticeably changed, which made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. I had a really good experience today with Tony. He was really nice patient and gentle when working on my nails. He listened to what I wanted and gave me exactly what I asked for. I did feel like I was over charged for a fill but I paid only because he was great with my service other wise, plus I didn’t ask the price before we got started and that’s on me. There are no prices on the website or posted in side from what I could see. For that reason I give them 4 stars instead of 5. I love my nails
