Not going to lie i had high hopes for this place.. customer service was good but the most important the nails.. complete disaster All I wanted was black medium length square cut nails and they messed it up pretty bad.. the edges weren’t even painted and they left polish all over the edges of my fingers and left a very bumpy texture.. after a couple days the nails started break so easily.. Phenomenal walk-in experience today for a gel pedicure and a 20-minute foot massage! The facility was quiet, spotless, and relaxing from the moment I walked in. My nail tech, My—who only works on Sundays—was absolutely amazing. She took her time, never rushed, and gave such careful attention to what my feet needed. My gel pedicure looks flawless, and the massage was the perfect finishing touch. Truly a 10/10 experience—I’ll definitely be back!
I have been going to Lush for 3 years and I cannot say enough good things about the team, the service, and the customer service. They are so accommodating, friendly, and do a great job every time. When I first started going my nails were super short and now I have longer natural nails that look beautiful! Highly recommend this salon!
