I absolutely love this place. The staff is awesome. props to the owners for being hands on and friendly. Nikki is a awesome with hair. Sarah , Kelly, Lena and Vincent did great jobs on our nails. We will definitely be repeat customers.
Love Lush Salon and I highly recommend Kim. She's cut my hair short, helped me grow it out to the middle of my back, gave me bright bright blue and burgundy streaks, cut bangs, layered it, beach waves, you name it. And every time I walk out the door, I can't stop looking at my hair bc it always looks AWESOME! I have been a client of Kim’s for 15 yrs. She is one of the kindest and by far one of the most talented stylists in Cleveland.
I am new the area and needed a quick coloring of my roots. I called the salon and was scheduled with a woman named Kim. When I arrived the receptionist was lovely, when Kim walked up she was very rude. I would hope that it had nothing to do with race. But I will never go back.

Best nail salon in Cleveland! I drive a half hour to come I love it so much. I get dip nails. They always last at least two full weeks and are so durable. I see Vincent and he is absolutely meticulous, they’re always perfect and exactly what I want. Check this place out if you’re looking to have your nails done!!
