I recently visited this nail salon on a recommendation from my lash technician, and I’m so glad I took her advice. Would not recommend!! I booked an appointment online for two people, but it was already a hassle since they called me saying only one nail tech was available for the time I booked. My pedicure came out uneven and splotchy. During my manicure, I asked for a Gel-X + soak off. The tech, Jenny, used cuticle clippers to remove gems and ended up cutting my natural nail, causing it to bleed. It was a pretty deep cut. I got my nails done labor day weekend and I love them. I chose to design my nails this time so I wasn't sure how the nail tech would manage to translate that into my nails but they did such an amazing job. The nail tech was so patient with me and took the time to understand my designs and my vision. I couldn't be happier with this experience!
They are a sad case . If i can write a review with out a star they wouldn’t get even one . I have been going to this place for 4 years . Today was it for me . I have been calling to make an appointment since Thursday last week . Every time I’d call , they would say Chloe is booked. At first I was going to Whitney , she was not available that day . Got such good customer service. Did not have to wait at all! Would and have recommended to anyone who wants quality mani,pedi or whatever you want some to yourself! They are amazing!!
